Yeah, an actual plot arc starts today. It's been, what, 10 strips now? Seriously, though, I'm actually getting around to introducing Holly into the strip. Zeke may or may not pop up again; I need another male character in this strip. I just need time to develop one. I also need to learn to draw smaller: two panels take up a full sheet of paper for me. I just can't draw the characters as well in a 2.5 in x 3 in panel as I can in a 5 x 6 inch panel.
We all know someone like the guy offscreen here; the caffeine addict who's grievously offended at the idea of decaffeinated coffee. (I personally think decaf's kind of gross - why drink something as acidic and stomach-upsetting as coffee when you're not getting the caffeine? Sheesh, I'd switch to tea at least if I was trying to kick the caffeine habit.)
Bonus points to the astute observer who can figure out what that poster in Gwen's cube is supposed to be. It's intentionally badly drawn, lettering is only scribble, but the layout is intact.
