Select the wire clippers, and go up to get his attention. He'll chase you across the bridge, and once you get to the left side of the bridge, he'll still be stuck on the bridge itself. Gee, that chain holding the bridge up on the left side looks rusty - I bet those wire clippers could cut through it like butter. Once he's plunged to his death, climb back across the bar above the bridge, and grab the plastic explosives. |
